Have you looked on Jura's website?
Hi, looking to buy a watch from Creation Watches (again - have used them before without ANY problem), one question - how are their watches so much cheaper (1/2 price!) than UK dealers? Watch I bought before didn't have authorised box etc (are they seen as "grey" - I was sure it was genuine - is this true? The watch I am looking at is a Hamilton Khaki quartz - any thoughts on this watch, or advice on where to buy in the UK - North East, thanks.
Will give them another check over, have looked in the past.
Just checked they (Jura) are only £62 more - might be beneficial to get the watch from them - papers / guarantee etc.?
Have checked with Ernest Jones at the locations mentioned and they are even more expensive!! Don't really have an issue with Creation other then the lack of documents, box etc. Presume it will be an authentic Hamilton?
Have purchased a few Seikos from Creation and they have always come with boxes and paperwork.
I certainly haven't ever had reason to question the genuineness of the watches they sell - and Duncan on here has had one of mine apart to fix it and he knows Seikos and would have flagged up any cause for concern.

Respected dealer
They come with boxes and papers. I think the box can be an extra 5 but it's nominal really

Just bought my first Seiko from Creation after such positive feedback on here and couldn't be happier. I ordered on Sat afternoon and it arrived on Monday afternoon. I paid extra $5 for the official box and the warranty card came stamped for the 1 yr warranty.
Everything was boxed well and arrived in perfect condition.
Super pleased with the level of service and speed of delivery.

I bought the same watch from Creation and it was faulty. I had to get Paypal involved as Creation tried to claim I'd bought an automatic which I could have repaired at my own cost.
I'd try Jura or the Watchshop as both will supply with UK AD papers.
