It certainly is unusual 😉. Had this on the wrist last week at Stephan's house (the man behind Stuckx), a very impressive piece!
I present the Pepster- a new watch from Stuckx watches. This was mentioned before when the project was announced and predictably, the reception was negative.
Now the watches have been delivered and have stayed true to the original design.
It is a little too quirky and tall for liking of most here but I find it interesting and wearable.
Is quite tall but the stepped dial is a treat. Curved lugs make it not too large on the wrist.
Lume is awesome. Dare INsay, it has a foolish look that appeals to me.
Some pics

Unusual indeed, looks ok though.
2 helium valves? That's a lot of gas exchange!
I like it except for the height. Why so tall? And how tall is it?
It kind of has a 3-D effect Dial, I like how it looks but i wouldn't want to wear one.
that's the variant I ordered good to see they are near ready to ship. I have been waiting a while for the email.
they were never going to be a universal hit, look at it! its about as far from conservative as it can be. I bought it as I loved the design. the lugless case & hugely deep dial were the draw for me and its not the usual derivative cloning (see: inspired by) that is the norm. it will sit in the box, if the lid closes alongside the DSSD with its crazy water resistance that I never use, the Dopplechrono that times my steak so well & the Portofino that I wear half a dozen times a year when im suited and booted. I doubt it will replace the UX as my daily but it will be worn when the notion takes.
De gustibus non est disputandum and all that :)

21mm, I'd catch that on a lot of door handles in my house, guaranteed! Interesting depth to the dial though thats for sure.
A lump for sure! Quite surprised it's 'only' 1000M rated though.
Dial looks cool.
Not for me as I suspect it would look daft on my wrist but at least its something different.
Something unusually F'Ugly. I think it's bl**dy awful.
A diver might decide to pop on his belt to aid his descent into the depths. Maybe when he needs to surface again, he could take take it off the belt and leave it on the sea floor perhaps....
Just sayin' of course......
I couldn't find an emoticon for someone spewing up but you get the picture yeah ?
Yip...Tall indeed!
Brave design!
That is one serious lump of a watch - just can't think of the circumstances in which I'd wear one?
If you like it that's what matters but I think that's one of the most ugly watches I have ever seen!
It's not for me, but I doubt even Gandalf would be able to get his sleeve over that.
Out of interest, with the case resting on your wrist rather than the strap, is it comfortable?
It's up there with the Spacemaster and Oris Big Pro Muff Diver chrono. And unwearable with clothes in winter, but whatever floats one's (permanently summertime) boat ;).
...but what do I know; I don't even like watches!
Is this a joke Raj?
I mean that thing is just ridiculous!
And you have the gall to say the Seiko Monster is Ugly?!
Have to admit, I do like the stepped dial and overall look, it's just the humungous height that is way OTT!

Wristshots or it didn't happen !
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.
mine is currently on its way to my UK drop address then on to the great Taranaki. ill get some pics up including wearing the thing. im sure there will be plenty on WUS and the likes before too long though.
I was very tempted by the yellow version, I think it looks great. Not a daily wearer but for weekends? Lovely. Sure you'll get negative comments but it is a marmite design so inevitable. Some of my friends would love it, some would not.
Good for Stuckx and wish them well.
Its seems someone shared the same love in a local forum from HK
It is the height and hands that put me off
Oh Raj, dear dear Raj, what have you gone and done now?
Not exactly a dress watch is it?
Rather embarrassing really.

ahahahahaha
ahahahaha
ahahaha
etc
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.
Great specification for the price, over 2cm depth too much for me personally.
Well you know what they say, there is someone out there for everyone. I suppose that applies to watches too! Wear it in good health!
Raj, do you actively seek out the biggest watches you can find?
Rolex are knocking out a watch that goes 4 times as deep but barely larger than a submariner...
That's not shy is it ! Years ago I bought a new SD16600 which, at less than 40mm width and 15mm height, manages 1200m of verified water resistance as we all know. Any for many years subsequent to that, I inwardly smirked at the enormous timepieces that followed from other brands, often implying their ridiculous size was to withstand great challenges. The horological equivalent of a fat tyred 4x4 driven by an esteem-challenged loser on a commute into Milton Keynes. Now I've evolved. Just big lumps of fun. I wouldn't pay a lot for one but I can see the appeal, and it's good to see something different. Wear with attitude !
Paul
In the third photo it looks like one of those Henry vacuum cleaners. Except I'd rather strap a Henry to my wrist than that!
Impressive height, doesn't it turn over?
hurrah for a hobby where diverse taste can be accepted
don't know what all the fuss was about, its positively dainty...
few quick phone snaps as its just arrived.
its a subtle little thing with the merest hind of 'devil may care' about it.

Not for me but I applaud anybody who tries something different a bit like our Eddie did back in the day with the Dread, it also reminds me I have a picture to hang now where did I leave that hammer?
I probably deserved it!
Great lume and it's a bold watch to say the least I'll give you that.
Personally I'd be too embarrassed to wear it!
There's gonna be some doorframes with lumps out of them in your house!
Embarrassed? Given the standard homage/copy tripe trotted out on a regular basis, I'm actually quite happy to wear something a little different but each to their own. As for door frames, fortunately I am able to control my limbs while mobile
