Love it. The hands in particular look amazing.

That is lovely.

Stefan,
Looks great.
Send it over when you get tired of it.😄
Bought this Seiko Prospex Diver recently as a beater.
Very impressed with quality and value for money.
I think I should add my two to here then. :)
On the left, you can't go wrong with an SBDC001 on an Endmill bracelet. I polished the end link corners to continue the flow of the polished section on the Sumo.
On the right, the budget favourite; an SNXS79 - stupidly good value at around the £50 mark! I intend to polish the end links on this bracelet at some point.

My "go to" quartz - think I've had this for about 8 years; one I'll never move on.
Got an 007 on today.

Wow , I've never seen one of those, looks great.
took this old 7548 and TST mod by Mr TigerUK...
added a little of this...
and a new bezel insert and lumpy bracelet, Hey presto..
Possibly the worlds first TST seiko hydro
Not the usual fare here but bought this on the spur of the moment while the better half was getting a new gold watch.
MY Seiko Sportura Kinetic GMT 5M85, love the look even though it looks big on my skinny wrist. Doesn't look quite as big in real life!
yup became a very long 30min project did it as a bit of fun and now have to hydro test it when I get back to Aus, we are doing a hydro test on my return to 186Barg so im going to stick it in a basket and see where it gets to. im not expecting the case or seals to fail but I think the movement will give out like the Sinn UX at 5000m (even though the case is good for 3x that) but if I can get it up to 50bar ill be happy.
you can see most of the work up to this point here.. http://timekeeper.co.nz/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4172 few niggles on the way but I think after the pressure test ill make a proper bell jar and start to build a proper finished example.
I like the blue, very sharp. did you oil fill the watch? be interested to hear how others have approached it. im thinking when I pressure test and prove the principal I can build my own vacuum with the car tyre inflator or a willy pump! and should be able to fill them without the need to remove the movement at all.
been real fun to do and I have a few more to do afterwards, looking for a seiko gmt quartz movement for the next one and make a Sinn U2 style TST with the ultra busy watch below...
when I get the quartz gmt I can fit a 4th hand (I can, Ha, a proper watch boffin can) then oil fill and have a 10 o'clock crown, oil filled, GMT, TST seiko
Izul.
