Pictures please.
So after about a year of dreaming i finaly took the plunge and got my first watch. Some might say not very origional but i have always loved them and thought its only right it be my first watch!
Avenger 2 black volcanic on pro 3.
I must admit walking out with it on my wrist felt weird and given ive never worn a watch it's gonna take time to get used to !!
Bit of a pointless post but I just needed to shout about it ☺️☺️😊😊
Pictures please.

Anybody got any tips about care and keeping it nice and shiny ??
Also what's the advice regarding watch winders?? Pros/cons ??
Super. Don't worry about keeping it shiny. It'll be a futile and obsessive task.

Haha I don't think I can help "trying" to keep it nice..
This could end up having a watch obsession if I'm not careful 🙈
Thank you, im over the moon with it so far....
Congrats buddy and enjoy, that's lovely.
As senraw has said, I also use CCC's on my Breitling fighter and they work great. Be careful of the brushed centre links if it has them.

Nice Watch Neal
Thanks chaps, it's been a itch I have had to scratch as it's never gone away, I was forever window shopping in jewellers
So I should only use the cloths on the polished parts right? I take it that the cloths are slightly abrasive.
That's one sturdy looking lump of steel of a substantial size
As stated above, wear it without a worry and keep some cape cod in the drawer if you are really worried about those hairlines.
Daddel.
Got a new watch, divers watch it is, had to drown the bastard to get it!
Congratulations! Lovely way to break your cherry.
Don't polish - wear it, beat on it, enjoy it!
Nice watch, don't get too hung up on the cleaning bit, just wear it but be careful not to forget it's of your wrist until it's too late.
I'm always aware of the watch whatever I'm doing and I'm an HGV driver and very aware of it.
Lovely first watch. Was one I wouldn't have considered till I have seen it now
Congrats and enjoy.
Breitling have never really caught my eye until I saw this one, it ticks a lot of boxes for me!
Congratulations on your purchase and enjoy wearing it!
Thanks for the comments, got a cape cod on its way so far 👍
Had it on again today and it's still odd to wear a watch but i love it so far.
Took this while out today, need to get some good photos though...
You'll seriously be better off not polishing all the little scratches and dinks it picks up out.
I know well I'm not going to go ocd with it, (yet lol) I just want to be able to put a shine back into it every now and then.
I suppose it's like a new car when you wash it every 2 days to start with then weekly then well never! haha
I just wonder if it's going to lead to another itch could end up intresting this watch wearing
I'm worried with all this talk of Cape Cod polishing. I wouldn't take an abrasive polishing cloth anywhere near a new watch, not at least until there's scratches all over it that annoy the hell out of you. Once you start using Cape Cod, you'll lose the factory finish and instead replace with tiny hairlines.
Unless you're taking the watch out for some every day manual labour, keep those polishing cloths tucked away. If it needs a clean, a soft toothbrush, and mild soapy water will be just fine.
The Avenger II is a great watch - enjoy it
Fabulous! And an applied logo makes this my preference over the Skyland.
Don't forget to post a pic in The Breitling Appreciation Thread here: http://forum.tz-uk.com/showthread.ph...g+appreciation
Lovely watch. Congratulations!
Lovely watch - congrats!
Nice choice,
Enjoy, wear with pride!!!!!
Many congrats on a great choice, it looks the business. I'm a big fan of the Avenger range but my average wrist just can't carry it off!
Nice choice, a Breitling was my first proper watch
