If that's a green dial with a blue/red bezel, can I suggest a purple strap with orange stitch?
From this thread I've learnt that it has a 22 mm lug width and you're after something other than rubber.

yes something other than rubber but colour scheme is giving me a headache choosing another strap option
looked at lots of picks thought about nato style(insure of colour that would suit) but a few also look good on leather
didn't want it to be too flashy but prob picked wrong colour scheme lol

Think you need to stick to one colour straps, as anything attempting to match all those colours in the Dial and Bezel will only clash:
