I've ordered spares from them in the past just by emailing info@zeno-watch.ch, the last order I made was a crown and tube for a PVD'd PRS11 in August last year.
The bezel of my Broadarrow PRS-3 is looking some what tired and if possible I would like to get hold of a replacement.
Over the last few months I've tried contacting Zeno a couple of times on their main email address 'info@zeno-watch.ch' but without any response (admittedly in English and not Swiss)
Has anyone had better luck or can point me in the right direction?

Whole chunks of my life come under the heading "it seemed like a good idea at the time".
Zeno came through in style I've got a complete new case, bezel, case back and crown.
Once they replied their customer service was excellent.
