Maybe the time to start adding opinions was BEFORE the final design was submitted for manufacture. I have no objection to trying to get it changed to triangle markers but nobody said much about them at the time.

Anyway, if its not to late to change them, couldn't the lettering for 'Great Britain' be lined up as minute markers - perhaps with bigger letters where the 5mins would be?
