^ Good colour! 911s they aren't black, white, grey or red are so much more interesting!
Pleased with the new wheels but rather lacking on the thrill of driving front...
On Friday I took this back;
And drove away a new face lifted model. The changes are only slight, but overall make for a much more enjoyable car.
Nothing. I sold the Merc A200 pictured long ago in this thread. I squeaked out only 4500Km in 3 years. It was a faultless family car but with that annual mileage, it would have been cheaper to just hail a taxi. Which is what I do now
I do like the look of recent Alfas though...

Do these count ???
I also have a Multistrada and a VW Scirocco for the road, the two above are my track babies :) The 996 has over 50,000 miles on it and I've owned it over ten years, love that bike.
The latest addition to the fleet:
Lovely 5L V8, 0-60 in 8 seconds (but best keep it in a straight line when doing so), built like a brick karzie, tows like it hasn’t got anything behind it and armchairs for seats: what’s not to like? (A: fuel consumption).

No, I didn't unfortunately. By all accounts the PSE is pretty good too. I also considered the 'Gundo' side muffler hack plus cross pipes to eliminate centre rear muffler as a much cheaper option. Gundo on its own very similar to sound of PSE I believe. In the end, I managed to land the Tubi at a good price. Normal retail is pretty stiff...
^ Looks like a proper brute. What are the specs?
Some more of the RS4 for those who asked.
It's 4.2 V8 pumpin' out 444bhp, 7 speed DSG, quattro. Paint is special order Nimbus Grey, had to wait 9 months for delivery! It's almost flat grey like a Nazi staff car LOL, suits it I think.
0-60 in hair over 4, subject to dog being tied down of course. Certainly corners better than a bloody Cayenne! And yes it's very practical and useful so it's money well spent. Grin
The car has just turned seven years old, at which Mercedes servicing offer 40% off labour and 20% off parts. Mot for 12 months, service not due for 8,000 miles (about two years worth at my rate - it is a sixth car) and tier 1 Merc warranty. So all in all not bad on the costs front. Add to that insurance at £200 pa. What's not to like?

A very brave project. Really looking forward to seeing the progress on this.
