Takes some beating, this - still miss mine.
Junghans Max Bill Chronoscope.
Bell & Ross Vintage Original BR 126 Chronograph. Or the BR 123 three hands version. The dial is beige but I guess it's light enough...

Those white faced AT's, particularly on the gator/leather, are lovely.
Oh no.
I've got an immaculate Pam 113 which I might be willing to part with if you are still looking? Would be within budget too.
Can't get used to white face watches at all for some reason......
I also find them hard to read unless they have contrasting hand colors. Silver hands on a white face dial is a big no for me.

I like the New one on the right.
Shameful plug but how about something a bit left field and below your £3k budget (and a perfect 40mm)
White (ish)
Some lovely stuff there, I'm completely bewildered and I'm not looking for one......or am I now!
The GS SBGA011, quite possibly the nicest white dial I've ever seen.
(not my photo, off google images)
You may be able to pull it off at 3k, perhaps a few hundred short.
thr Autavia tag was one my favourites why is not still here. Surely one of there best.......
I love those new white faced Explorer IIs with the large arrow GMT!
A recent area of interest for me also….
