Some decent bargains IMO, highly recommended shoes and service

Just a reminder, buy a half or full size below as they run big.
How comfy are they compared to eccos ?
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.
Love grensons, wear Archie's every other day... was excited to see some Stanley with Commando sole a perfect combo IMHO............. but FFS a UV yellow heel cap!!!! No wonder they are in the sale!!
Seen the heels on some of them bad boys!!
Reminds me of David Brent!!
You better be quick, there's very few sizes left in most of them :(
Curse my hesitation, Tom now sold out! Probably for the best, I didn't really need another pair of shoes!
Just ordered a pair of these bad boys
I've got a pair of Archies, which I love, but unfortunately since I lost weight are half a size too big (though with insoles & thick socks wearable) so these should be perfect.
I have a pair of Fred's with commando sole and they are great.

I never knew Grenson had such a large and varied range, I've only ever owned their brogues and feather lites.
Great shoes though, they never need to be 'broken in'.
I really don't know what sort of deformed individuals these shoes are designed for because, following a similar thread here last year (which lead to Tony buying his ladies' boots), I ended up buying 6 different size and style combinations (ranging from 6 to 8.5) and could NOT find a pair to fit my very normal-sized feet. So, I am staying well clear of Grenson from now on - no matter how strong the temptation. I'll stick with my trusted Ecco.
I've got a few pairs of Grenson shoes. Most have come from eBay! Last pair was a stunning £17.50 and brilliant quality too.
Thanks for the heads up!! The 'Fred's' might be a welcome winter boot addition to my shoe collection.
I ended up buying a pair of chocolate brown Sharp in last year's sale. I like them so much I ended up hunting down a tan pair of Fred with a commando sole and they've become my favourite boots.
This time around I'm trying out the burgundy Hadley and a pair of Stanley for work.
The Hayden Chelsea boots look great too though...
I don't really want to end up in a position where it's my girlfriend telling me that I own to many shoes. That seems to be the wrong way round.
My top tip: never buy shoes without trying them on first unless its duplicating something you already have. Even within the same brand you might find significant differences from style to style.
Wow, those fluorescent green and yellow Stanley's are wow pieces! Not sure about matching watch straps.
Crikey. Brothel Creepers are coming back into fashion then!
No, they're not. That's why they're in the sale.

Jim.
A bit crazy looking for me. Don't like brogues.
Truly some of the most ugly looking shoes I think I've ever seen..they'd have to pay me to take them off their hands.
Half of them look like they are intended as height boosters for short arses
...subject to my experience above ie order accepted even though they had no stock - I've just discovered they have charged my credit card already but graciously concede they will make a refund in due course.
Normal "best practice" for online commerce is to only charge the customer's credit card on (or just prior to) dispatch...
It is usually less than reliable outfits, or those with cash-flow issues who resort to this behaviour.
Grenson is a known name, I'm sure this is probably a one off - but you might want to be aware that order acceptance, and billing to your credit card is no assurance of getting your purchase.
My mate is in a Showaddywaddy tribute band, I'll send him the link.
