    OK - something weird has just happened. I cannot abide Rolex Day-Dates or Datejusts. I absolutely abhor them with a passion! I think they represent the watches of the twilight zone, i.e. for the over-eighties only. However, with the lovely light blue dial, I actually quite like that.

    I love pale dials on dressy watches - grey is my favourite - and I do like that day-date. Oddly enough blue divers do very little for me however, no idea why.

    AD quoted me £7,690 for the blue dial which is due in during the next two months. The platinum dial is more I believe.
