Very nice - congrats on your new arrival :D
It's finally here all the way from California. I really have Rob (AIDM) to thank for getting this over the current iterations of the Aquatimers and am so pleased to have listened to his sound advice. The hands are a little muched up and the lume is all gone from the 12 o'clock markers (tritium there?) so it might go to the shop this winter, but it's going to live in my wrist for a good while this summer first!

Very nice, i have a black face, and would never part with it- enjoy :P
Just have to take a link out of the bracelet and I'm all set - it's a bit loose now. Didn't get the tool with it so not sure how easy it is to do hmmmm
Heartfelt congratulations on tracking down that stunning timepiece...... :salute: :salute: :salute: :salute: :thumbright:
Any couple of watch tools with points should work.Originally Posted by Viking72

2 minute job and the easiest job I've ever done - this from someoene with the least nimble fingers anywhere :-)
And BTW welcome to the club... It's pretty exclusive as you can tell :-)
GIve yours a little TLC and you'll have a stunner.
That really is a classic - and more proof that a 2000m WR watch doesn't have to be massive!

it's still running perfectly, thanks. It's been joined by an IWC 3231 aquatimer from the vintage collection which is another keeper! :POriginally Posted by redmond

Don't tend to make generic comments in threads to say how beautiful things are but I am going to make an exception in this case, that is bloody marvellous wear in good health :D
Congratulations and Welcome to IWC
