It does look good. I'm jealous.
I took this lovely watch in a trade a couple of days ago, and as discussed with my partner in crime at the time my intention was to flip it in order to realise the cash from my Airwolf. Like many things in life, though, it seems to be a little less simple than that.
The 120m really is a fantastic watch... very wearable, extremely comfortable (particularly on the Isofrane you see in the photos) and something that I'd really like to keep. To be honest, it's not even that it fits with the rest of my collection especially well - it's just... well, it's hard to fault the watch in any way at all. Tricky, that!
Anyway, this one is an original 1977 movement that was married up with NOS case, hands and dial. The package was assembled (and the movement serviced) by Steve at Rite Time about a year ago, and it looks absolutely brand spanking new.
Damn this watch!
It does look good. I'm jealous.
Surely if it doesn't "fit in", then that is a good thing to give some variation. Very nice it looks too.

I see just what you mean - when will you see another one that nice? It really is beautiful.
Cheers,

That's a lovely example. What's the dimensions on that please, specifically the lug to lug length?
regards,
Nick
That looks great, am a little jealous
This has got to be the best pre SC post for some time
Hi Tony
Great to see some decent photos of the watch :drunken:
Roy
I can't say I blame you. I've been tempted a few times by original ones. 8)
That is really nice! Very envious of you
I have one of these on mesh, absolutely love wearing it and gets so many positive comments. one of my favourites.
Not for me.. But the photos show it off very well
Just flip it Tony, you know you'll be after a pure vintage one now don't you :D
Really,really nice keep it !
I really do love the SM120. It has almost perfect proportions IMO.

I'll give it, a very generous, fortnight :lol:Originally Posted by learningtofly
Smashing Tony but it would look much better on my wrist and would also be able to share the watch case with a big brother Ploprof from 1971 so it could learn a few tricks from an old man...you know it makes sense.. :D
How about we just say you are looking after it until you want to donate it to someone else to love and adore...... like me
Very nice watch and pics.
Superb watch - you must keep it my good man........
I wouldnt be selling that in a hurry
Why not keep it for a bit and see how you feel if finances allow it.
Great watch and great Pic`s
That's my old watch, a lovely piece, albeit a tiny bit small for me. I wish my photos made it look like that!
Try it on the Omega mesh - it looks great, and is ultra comfy.
Enjoy

Great pictures Tony, and a very attractive watch.
These are so much nicer than the full size monstrosity.
Can't see it staying long of course....
You are mad if you want to sell this watch and buy a Breitling Airwolf instead.
On the other hand, if you are going to sell it, do it in april 8)
Lovely watch and top pics as always
Very nice watch and top pics as usual
great watch and great pics, these don't come around often, so keep it
This one just has to be top of the wish list!
Huytonman has a wtb for an Omega mesh. I sense that this one is on its way again....
Really nice watch and exceptional pictures.
There's a Hero post within 48 hours of the first posting for this watch.
So it seems, as I was reading this post, the watch was being smothered in bubble wrap instead of 'love'.
Tony, in order to save alf of the forums bandwidth, you are now banned from posting ANY new arrivals until one week from receipt
