Top left and bottom left would be leaving if it was my collection, although to be honest i'm twitching about the 232 as that leaves you with only 1 radiomir, so maybe top right if you're not wearing it.
I'm curious what others would choose. These six have to be reduced to four :)

The 305 and the 249 would go if it were my choice. Is this a real world decision Baz, if so you must have a very good relationship with an AD? (not sure if my numbers are correct, I meant the steel sub and Cali dial)
232, 249, 372 & 382
I'd lose the Cali and the top right.
It's just a matter of time...
I don't own a Panerai right now. If the time comes for my first Panerai, I would go for a similar to the top right, but with green markers on the sandwich dial, which is the most classic and common Panerai. If I had a Panerai and had to choose among these for my second one, personally I like the bottom right better.
I'd let the ones on the right go
I'd keep this one
and sell the rest to fund some variety in your collection.
Cheers,
Gary
the Cali, bronze sub and the 1950 with brown dial next to it would be my keepers but the 1950 historic is the star of the show for me 8)
1,3,4,5
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.

I would sell 2 and 4 if I had to make the choice....
This one is amazing
I'd keep this too and the black one..
I wasnt sure on Panerai but i tried one on last week, a 104 and i loved it.

The Cali #2 is Panerai's first ever watch albeit an homage as some will claim. #3 is effectively another homage to an original 6152 but affordable, whereas 'real' 6152's aren't. The bronze sub is just desirable to me, and imo. The composite cased 'fiddy' is an unknown at the moment. The Radiomir equivalent draws very mixed reviews but nonetheless is a 'bit special'.
My instincts are telling me 123&4. Thanks for the views and opinions :)
Bottom left and bottom right in my uneducated opinion, as i am an Omega/Seiko man.
Top right and the bottom 3
Definitely keep the bronzo.
Originally told that would out around September/October time, but now been told end of year, you been told any different?

Not a fan of the Radiomir case style or the Cali dial. Those 2 would be leaving.
OMG bro, you can expect some real back slapping on p.com when those bad boys turn up :wink:Originally Posted by shadowman

FOUR? - I don't think I can make it. The only one I remotely fancy is the top left, the simplest one. Would not buy it though.

I'd ditch the two Radiomirs myself as I'm not as keen on them as the Luminors
Given Radiomirs are the original Panerai, the lack of love for them surprises me. Without the Rads evolution we wouldn't have a Luminor case :!:
Radiomirs are more understated and classy for me, i'd probably keep both, i have to say i'm not a fan of the fake aged lume, it's just trying too hard to be something it's not.
Keep the 305 and spend the cash elsewhere, perhaps a Pam312, but the other 5 are not the best to my eye at least.
The first two, top row, would go for me.
I am just not sure about those Roman numerals.
Greg. :)
I'm not a PAM expert, but on pure asthetics I would loose the California dial one and the bottom right. I prefer the other Rad, and Sub.
the bronzo and the 232 would leave...
you still have one rad (249), one sub (305), 1 1950 case and THE 372... a nice collection
I personnally have decided to go for a 190 (rad), 372 (luminor) and 25 for a sub... I don't really like the 1950 case on my wrist...
did you have a chance to lok at the 371 ?

Not much love for the 'cali' which surprises me :|

Would definitely be the Cali dial and the 305 for me - the other four are all gorgeous :drunken: :drunken:
If it was me I'd be going for a 386 as my composite choice, just for a bit of variation in size.
I would let the bronze and the cali dial go.
When you look long into an abyss, the abyss looks long into you.........
well I guess you don't need everybody to love the cali to own it :DOriginally Posted by shadowman
imo, this dial is asbolutely stunning and people just need to see it on their wrist to understand it...
if you get rid of this, pls let me know, I have more than a few ristis around here that could be interested
for the 371, I understand your point (3k for the GMT) but the back of the case makes it more comfy on my wrist, the blue dial is fantastic and the subdial with the blue hint is quite fun... but I agree, 8k for a GMT sub is a bit high...
Huge fan of the 249 personally 8)Originally Posted by shadowman

I tried my local AD. He's only got 2 coming across his 4 shops, and as he did me a massive favour on the 300, I cant really push it. Have got one through another dealer I use though. :)

Well, it's an opinion. It was not obvious out of which six one is supposed to pick four, and as I saw that it struck me how much I do not want to own any of them. So why not say so.Originally Posted by shadowman
I saw no requirement that you had to be a fanboy to answer this - except implicitly, as only a fanboy would be able to pick four out of them :D

Get rid of the ones with that silly crown-guard.....that'll leave you with 2 that look OK.
Paul
Purely based on looks and my taste (I don't know a thing about Panerais) I would let go both Submersibles and possibly the Cali.
...or the Cali and one of the Submersibles (possibly the bronze one but I'm guessing that's a pretty special one, so probably not...)
Sell the 305... to me :D
None of the above! Sorry, not that keen on Panerai's.
