Can you post some pics?
Hi,
I need some help, my wife has inherited a ladies Rolex Cellini I would imagine from the 70's the bracelet is really good quality the case shows signs of much wear, im fairly sure its a quartz (need a magnifying glass! but the back casing has really good quality engraving that says ROLEX cellini 9-003085-1 SWISS. The clasp is really good quality too. I'm not sure if rolex ever had anything on the back of the casing, which is why I ask..Although it did come with a lot of other really good quality jewellery.
If anyone can shed some light it would be great.
thanks
Hugh

It's just a matter of time...
You can call the Rolex Lost & Stolen Register with the serial number and they will tell you at the very least if the serial number matches with the model type. The number is 01322 625 499.
If Cellinis are like other Rolexes, the serial number will be on the case, between the lugs.
HTH.
Thanks for the heads up on this, will call tomorrow. 8)
