You need to tell us what you are wearing. The watch must match. Is it a casual-dressed wedding - then the explorer is great - is it black suit and tie - then you do not have the watch quite friendly spoken. The GP is fine - but not on a brown strap - so you will need to put it on a nice black strap.
Anyway - have a GREAT day - I just went to you my sons wedding recently - you do not get better days

i will be wearing a black suit, but the wedding itself is not going to be too formal.
cheers
chris.
p.s unless there is someone out there who wishes to lend me a white gold glashutte, or a JLC master ultra thin/compressor chrono, then i would be happy :D :D :D
Another vote for the GMT... and good luck on the day :)
one more gmt here :D
for one you could have 3
Chris,
Don't listen to the Rolocronies :bigsmurf:
Wear the GP and enjoy the wedding-day; afterwards all hell breaks loose!
Marc
Another hit for the GP
have a great day
GP in the lead by 3 with only 6 days to go
6 days
:D

GP or F. Bachsmid. The others are a bit too ostentatious :|
GP or Explorer II, GP for a dress watch heirloom, Exp II for wear smart or casual, everyday.
I'd go for the Ball or maybe the Rolex GMT if feeling flush
Baschmid or Girard IMO.
Well, I wore a Rolex GMT-II for mine, so I'd go with that. It's an important decision...it could well be in the wedding pictures for life!

He likes the look of the Rolex GMT II. His dad wishes he had the money to show him it in person!
I've stated my opinion already but, once again, let me say that wearing one of those ostentatious Rollers is a good idea
Cheers :D

The EXP II is the winner.
Congrats!
Gotta be the Bachschmid Chris. Have a great day whatever you wear!
Dave.
Explorer two is a classic

Go for the GMT2, no ifs buts or maybes.... Small splash of colour and bling added to the rest which im guessing will be black n white
It definitely has to be the Explorer II!
Good luck with your (her  ) big day....
Alex
normally my answer would be a GMT for anything, but the explorer I think is the best choice in this case...the color and its subtle...well relatively speaking... 8)
I voted for both the Rolexes - then had a thought. If you wear a GMT watch - will she start to worry that you're a two-timer?
Hi Chris,
Since the GMT could label you as a two-timer and the Explorer as "looking for the unknown", you better wear the watch that's a lot rarer and more stylish...
The GP is your best watch for the special event :drunken:
Marc
The GP as it is the most dressy.
Best regards,
Kristopher
GP. Seeing it's definetly the most dress watch of the bunch.
GMT, classic and fits nicely under cuffs
No question ,the GMT
Still the GP in the lead.
I am surprised the Zeno hasnt got more votes
Well i've got the rehersal tonight :)
cheers
chris;
Well every one, tomorrow is the day and it looks like we have a winner.
Girard Perregaux it is. ( got it on the black lizard aswell.)
thanks for all your help in choosing it for me guys.
chris.
The right choice! :thumbright:Originally Posted by chris2982

Have a great day and all the best mate :D
(wrong choice of watch, but in the great scheme of things it hardly matters :D )
Cheers
