- will the FBI hand the crypto back to Bitfinex? Yes
- will somebody look into the potential fraudulent way Bitfinex made up for the loss in 2016? No

So far, BTC dropped $1,000 on the news. Just saying.

Maybe some people don't like the forensic work the FBI have done to find the loot? It's in the public records, some interesting stuff.
