As a life long Arsenal fan and season ticket holder I'd say fcuk the money (it's not as if the fans get a percentage), I think keeping him would show you have real ambition and lets face it it's nice to have a hero that inspires the youngsters (and us more mature fans), a player that gets you off your seat when they get on the ball. Trust me having the money and a couple okay players doesn't feel as nice, was it The Stranglers that bemoaned the lack of heroes?
