well i lost my phone the other day and as a matter of sheer luck i had bought insurance as well.
Now with most of these things it's a case of paperwork and stupidly long waiting times, phoned at 2 pm friday, everything was sorted in 5 minutes (literally) and the phone arrived this morning, a mere 18 hours after placing the order :shock:
service or what!!!!!
O2 have a very happy customer today :D

I found in the case of mobile phone insurance it is settled very quickly. However, I found this is the case as they usually start a new contract again form when the new phone arrives, so check you are ont starting your 12/18/24 month contract anew again.
I'm glad at least one network have their eye on the ball, 3 are a fecking nightmare :evil:
