As far as I know, Mike, they are the only US issued wrist chronograph that there has been to date. Beyond that, not much more to say other than a few pics of mine.

Hi,
I put one of my "silly E-Bay bids" on this tired looking SandY, and won :P for the princely sum of $26 plus shipping.
So can any one tell me anything about these watches, you don't seem see much about them (or at least I don't)
Intrestingly a guy in the States has found some NOS and is selling them on E-Bay for about £100.
MIKE.

Thanks, Foggy, for sharing your photo's. I will have to post it on MWR and see what they know.
It comes in a scarey  box with that big radioactive symbol!!
I asume the "Traser" technology acts as a back light on these watches?
As a side note to this watch, the seller claims to be the original owner, I will have to ask him if he was issued the watch, as a service man
MIKE.
I had a TI LCD watch around the same time frame as these watches and it was also self luminous had radiation warnings engraved in the caseback. I believe the tritium is actually in the LCD as the whole thing glowed at night, no joke you could read by it. A friend of mine had a National Semiconductor watch that had the same markings/glow as my TI. Wonder what ever happened to it?
What does "autoranging" refer to or describe?
Cheers,
Martin ("Crusader")
