@Michael - that would be Matt Moran I'd say.
I have seen many high-profile chefs wearing watches, but I must say when I cook, I tend to take my watch off. I'd rather not have it bang into something or get splattered by whatever is simmering away on the stove. I suppose I should treat my tool watches more like tool watches!
