SHEFFIELD,
GB 10/09/2008 7:23 P.M. THE PACKAGE WAS MISSORTED AT THE HUB. IT HAS BEEN REROUTED TO THE CORRECT DESTINATION SITE
While some already have theirs on their wrist, I get this message from UPS? This can't be good. If anyone gets mine by mistake, they'll let me know, right?

Do not be too alarmed by that, Cologne is a major routing hub and Seattle is one of the destinations serviced from there, often via Frankfurt. :) UPS have invested a huge amount of money in their major distribution operation in Cologne, last I heard they could handle an astonishing 180,000 parcels an hour! :shock:Originally Posted by Ryan

Didn't someone say BUBI is behind this? I thought that was a joke!!!
Looks like UPS found the package, though. The delay may be a little annoying, but at least you have something to look forward to after all. Good going! :)

I bought my PRS18A in November last year. It was miss-sorted in Singapore, but still managed to arrive on a Thursday in rural Victoria (Australia), having been sent from the UK on the Monday.
Bloody impressive - the best courier firm by far, in my experience.
Ok, I'll come in off the ledge now. I wasn't as concerned about getting it quickly as I was about getting it at all. A missorted package is only a step away from a lost package - and that was what freaked me out a bit. As for UPS, I tend to have faith in them as well - not only do I live close to where the company started (here in Seattle), but my dad drove one of their brown trucks for over 30 years! Oh well, it'll probably roll in here sometime next week I would guess.
Mine is on the truck out for delivery right now. To bad he comes by my house around 18:00 EST.
If it makes a right turn and ends up in Michigan, I'll send you a pic. :D
