    Cheap Small Watch Challenge

    Quick challenge for you all!

Looking for recommendations for a small diameter (36mm or less - preferably around 30mm) watch with a black analogue dial, date window and water resistance of 50m or more. Oh and it needs to be cheap (ie less than £30).

So far my only successful find is a Casio MW-59-1B, which is a little bit bigger than desired:

    What can you recommend?

These at 35mm are not bad. Full lume and metal.

That is a lot for the money - thank you!

I have looked at these - just need the date window.

Tempted to buy one just as a watch for when I don’t want something more valuable on my wrist!

Sorry, I didn't read the instructions properly. Comes with spending a working life in IT.

Casio FT500 Forester is under £30 on Amazon at the moment, interesting looking too. How do Casio do it?

I saw a video review of them somewhere, also has a very good backlight. I did find a version with a khaki/yellow face and a brown strap too, looks almost like the Timberland boot of watches?!

Yes I can relate to that resemblance!

Could be the one - I will report back if I go for it.
