So I was thinking of placing an order for a strap from YWS and would like to know if anyone has experience of their straps and customer service in general? I can’t find much info about them online and they don’t have a page on Trustpilot so I was hoping you guys could shed some light on them?
I recently bought a secondhand YWS Adventurer strap for my Pelagos FXD. It was basically brand new. I’ve got no complaints at all over the quality and I’d say the Velcro actually feels to have a firmer hold than the original.
Obviously I can’t comment on the customer service as I bought it secondhand.
