rabbit hole indeed.
I've used ABP for exotic straps before and have been very happy with them.
Had a lime green ostrich in the past and recently a nice orange python strap from wisentex which again are excellent. Might be worth a message to either of the above.
I'm sure the Paneristi here will come up with more alternatives for you soon.
