My friend Don flies in from his new address in New Mexico for the annual Goodwood Drivers Meeting (and later this Spring to the Monaco GP).
He always takes tons of pics. Some to be shared here.
It started with this, on his way to the Venue. A funny way of telling how bad the roads are(?)
This nice Porsche... I remember that one of our members here has one as well.
We're puzzled when it comes to this one. Bizzarrini perhaps? It had no badges
'If t ain't Dutch, it ain't much: a Dutch coach builder did this. Let's say you need an acquired taste...
Eddie Jordan's first F1 car.
Ken Tyrrell's shop. Now rebuilt at the Goodwood grounds.
Small talk with Bruno Senna who told: "The old Lotus has nowhere near the ultimate performance of a newer F1 car. But it's a LOT more involving to drive and there are lots of ways to break the car. And on Sunday's track demonstration, he DID break the car, and it had to be recovered back to the paddock"
Mardi Gras for petrolheads on Saturday evening. The theme was "Under the sea."

I think you're right about it being a Bizzarini.
I rather like the Rolls Shooting Brake - I mean, TASTE hasn't been the reason for buying a Rolls for a very long time.

Breitling Cosmonaute 809 - What's not to like?
My friend and I were making jokes about a folding rooftop tent. For cheap holidays on the campsite.
The Rolls was converted by Niels:

And bought by Dario Franchitti. I believe he was rather happy to get the roof box colour matched and fitted so he could take the car skiing.

Close, it's a Iso Grifo A/3C which was designed Giotto Bizzarinni.
Here's the very car - https://www.fiskens.com/cars-for-sal...rifo-a3c/13831
Loving the RR eastate. Oops, sorry Shooting brake.

We are working in Rolls Royce during shutdown and the constant whine and roar from the circuit Saturday Sunday was deafening. I climbed up onto the perimeter factory embankment and got the luxury of seeing 2 huge screens showing the racing. Must have been exhilarating being trackside
