    Designer Posh Watches

Has anyone bought from this company previously ?

Friend of mine is looking at this watch and seems to be cheapest available with extra 10% off

    Thanks

"Our goal has been to earn the trust and satisfaction of the customer. We offer competitive pricing, but we also knew low prices alone could not make our business superior. We are determined to combine honest and helpful dealings with outstanding service before, during, and after the sale."

And nothing says Designer Posh Watches like a scratched up crystal and a group fist bump with only one person wearing a watch

Ignore my previous post, I assumed they were brand new. Not a new start-up at all, they've been doing this for 12 years!
They look legitimate and their prices are low because they trade from a "business centre" rather than a shop.
I'm sure they do well but something about it puts me off, I'm not sure what, maybe the awful name.

I think there's three businesses under one (?) ownership at the listed address.

    Sofamio Ltd. (Co. No. 10566849)

Posh Boutique Ltd. (Co. No. 07089776)

Both appear to be furniture companies under the directorship of Mandip Singh Matharoo (D.O.B. January 1980)

There's also DPW Ltd. (Co. No. 13469553), the watch business, run by Mandip Matharoo (same D.O.B. as above). The watch side seems to have going since 2021.

The "reviews" on their website stink, a lot of them are identical wording but under different names. Most definitely shill reviews.

Looks a similar story on Trust Pilot, most of the 5 star reviews are from low score accounts who have only rated this site (often multiple times, months or years apart). The 1 star reviews mostly cite poor products, almost all watches being out of stock after you've ordered, and of course poor communication.

I'd have been happy to order from them but definitely not after digging a little deeper.

Thanks for the replies, the name is naff and an instant red flag but they appear to sell more “designer” type brands.

The delivery for that watch is also stated as 2-3 weeks so assume sourcing from abroad perhaps ?

Sounds like one to best avoid by the look of it

Interesting that some of the reviews on their own website contain random capitalisation and so do some of the replies from the company in question on Trustpilot. And yes, I agree the reviews ring alarm bells.

I'm a big fan of the Chanel J12 but they drop a bomb on the used market. Being ceramic they never fade or scratch.

    'Designer Posh Watches'

Comedy gold. Let me guess who would come up with a name like that!
Started out with nothing. Still have most of it left.

Worth pointing out here that the sole image of the watch on the site carries the Chrono24.com watermark...
