I'm currently selling my guitar on Ebay, as for pickup only and would like to know how people would be able to view it, as I understand that exchanging addresses/phone numbers, is now forbidden, without payment being made via them???
You can do cash on collection but I think they would need to commit to the sale in principle first. You can cancel the sale if they walk away after.
When you meet face to face to complete the sale one of you gets a QR code and the other scans it to prove you were both present and happy at the time.
Guitar.. pick up...
You could always include a mobile number cunningly written alongside some sheet music, for example. Or some other similar slight of hand.
