Thread: Does anyone use a Revitive ?

Does anyone use a Revitive ?

I get a reasonable amount of discomfort below the knees on both legs, stiff after driving for a while or having sat in the same position for some time so I was wondering if a Revitive would help ? I want to walk with Ian and his friend :)

Very good question, I have wanted to ask about them myself.

I realised I had to do something as I was in constant pain and getting no sleep.

What has worked for me (within a month).

Was sitting in a chair, locking my leg straight at the knee, tightening the muscle and lifting a weight on my ankle.

It was very hard at first but it is getting easier,a lot of the cramps have gone and I am more stable.

I also put my back against the wall and slide down bending the knees to get more movement/strength etc.

When I have to drive over 30 mins I take my shoes of as it gives me more room,I also use cruise control a lot and use that to change speed (car is auto).

I still get pains but its a bit of a help.

My doctor kept changing my medicine and I thought that was the problem not muscle wastage.

I suffer from night cramps in my lower legs to the point I have to get out of bed and walk around until it goes away. Revitive certainly helps but so far hasn't eliminated the cramps completely.

This is what I have been suffering from for years now, sometimes every hour barely able to stand.

No medication worked, the exercise have that I listed above have worked, last night I actually got 6 hours straight sleep.

Its worth giving it a try.

I've used one for a few years being diabetic to circulate the blood mainly, but recently the Doctors prescribed another tablet as well the metformin (Gliclazide) wanted me two take two a day.

Shortly after the cramps and spasams started, so i sacked the evening one off, and they seem to have stopped.

My other half though is not diabetic but she is on some very strange medication, very recently she was admitted again with double phenomena, recently though she's been getting them really bad, this was also occurring while she was in hospital, one of the nurses told her to eat more banana's, so i run out and got half a dozen, strangely they seem to have worked for now.

Thats the magnesium, its one tablet I can still take.

I just bought more from boots its 2 for 3 only buy the best.

As I said previously its the light exercises I am doing that has transformed my pains.

Weak muscles will spasm and ache, dont rely on tablest.

Try magnesium, Eddie - completely cured it for me.
