    Pulsar Chrono Gen 1

    My Pulsar is running well but the top pusher is a bit ‘softer’ than I’d like, and ideally I want it sorted.

    Would also like new seals and a pressure test.

    Can I ask for any recommendations and approximate cost? It’s a lovely little thing despite some of the stated issues.

    It’s recent enough that I think the Seiko Service Centre in Maidenhead would repair this.

    Other than that, someone from the forum favourites like the Watchbloke, ON Atelier, maybe Watch Doctors in Tring who have been mentioned a few times now.

    If that top pusher is feeling softer than it should, it's definitely worth getting it checked out.

    Plus, having new seals and a pressure test done is a smart move, especially if you want to keep it in good condition

    @sumacwatches or @rexworthywatches on IG.

    Both are top guys and well versed in these watches. They are busy though!

    Thanks for the replies. Emailed Seiko service centre UK and they haven’t held parts for Pulsar since 2020 so can’t help unfortunately.

    Will check out the other recommendations also, much appreciated. Does anyone have any idea on cost?

    Fixing these watches is definitely at the cheaper end of watch servicing etc but you would need to speak to the people who are going to carry out the work to get the best idea.

    Thanks for the replies, I’ve messaged a few of them.

    In the mean time had it pressure tested to 10 bar and it passed, so may just wait until battery change time.
