It’s a Seiko A829-6019 for me today, early 80’s vintage and a true Space watch to boot.
I know it may not be popular among some people but it’s in great condition - and everything still works as it should.
I guess the robustness is testament to why it was popular with Astronauts.

I've been seeing quite a few eBay links to relatively reasonable MkII's over the past little while. Very tempting and despite my needing to reduce my collection  they still catch my eye.

They certainly have wrist presence, but look and wear much better in real life than in the pictures. My wrist is just over 7" BTW.

That's a meaty looking strap - I like the look of it. Black Isle's website/shop doesn't seem to be developed yet - does he only work on commission? Also, is it waterproof?

John does many custom straps its not waterproof but comes as a set of 3 brands to allow for some adjustment

That's a great vid. Could do a 20mm to 20mm one which would fit my ezm1 and ezm2 using the same clasp (I'm sure I still have the titanium clasp from the ezm1 somewhere)
