Royal Protection Officers with unique G Shocks

I wonder if any of these will make it out into the open market?

I don't know about those but spotted these the other day, coming up at auction later this month:

Royal and Special Protection Black Bay 58 Platinum Jubilee 2022

And what is claimed to be the first Breitling SuperOcean 42 "King Charles III Coronation RaSP" on the open market.

How does it work - do they get to keep them?

The long hand points to the minutes, the short hand points to the hours…

    Sorry!

Do you mean how are they procured?
If so they are a group / unit purchase
An allocation is agreed, it can be via a third part or with the manufacturer direct. The lead in the group sells them to the unit and then the maker makes, takes the money and ships them, usually at a decent discount. They can have restrictions attached to the selling of them but it’s easy to get around the restrictions should you want, but most want to keep the watch as a reminder of their role
100Monkey has done similar here. Bremont were very easy to deal with by all reports,

CWC have also supplied some interesting watches to specialist police units in recent years.

Thanks, I thought they were ‘issued’ watches but seems they are personal purchases.
