There's a rare watch that it seems only an Albanian store has however they won't ship and want cash on collection so I need to go to Tirana. I'll stay overnight.

But to be honest, it sounds a little dodgy they want cash in person. Personally I’d avoid it. I wouldn’t be keen to do this in the UK let alone a foreign country.
Cracking city, was there in December.
Loads of museums in and around the city, can highly recommend both of the Art Bunkers, the larger one up in the hills was cracking - an entire underground government could be housed there. Cable car up into the mountains was good too, cracking view and could see as far as the Adriatic.
South side of Bunk’Art 2, on the south side of the river was a vibrant bustling place with loads of good bars and restaurants.
Had no dramas with language, easy to walk around the city and safe.

For what it's worth I would happily travel there to enjoy the scenery and food.
