    At first glance this look stunning IMO but then you read it’s 44.5mm and £750 🙈

    I don't understand why they'd make it mechanical. Tool watches should be quartz and I'm surprised there's no eco drive movement in there.

    Looks nice though.

    yup, lose the twiddley nonsense on the rehaut and put in a solar quartz movement and i'll still wanna know the new presumably lower price.

    Totally agree the inner bezel / rehaut is pointless and tacky.
    I'd be fine with this being either quartz or auto, but 45mm is just too large. Make it 40mm and give the Sinn 856 / Damasko DK36 a run for their money!

    If you are a pilot tho, would you really do those necessary calculations on a tiny slide rule on your wrist ?

    I imagine they don't. Pilots, divers and time zone travellers all have other stuff to do that for them now. Our phones are alarm watches, chronographs and perpetual calendars. We have a mid century hobby but it doesn't stop me.
