    Struthers watches - anyone?

I didn’t realise that the author of “hands of time” also had a working studio building bespoke watches in Birmingham. Anyone have one of their beauties? With prices starting around 48K maybe not but this company seems well under the radar. https://www.strutherswatchmakers.co.uk/

Does any body listen to the Grey Nato podcast?
I've been a regular listener since Covid lockdown.

They interviewed Rebecca Struthers in a recent episode.

Might be an interesting listen to some.

The Struthers have moved out of Brum to Leek a little over a year ago: https://www.strutherswatchmakers.co....p-walk-through

And yes, I'm also a Grey NATO listener - a nice mix of watch and non-watch related stuff in there to keep things interesting.

I'd love to know what changed to make the price of their watches increase so much. In 2022 I looked at their website and was interested in the Kingsley although at £17k I would have had to save up for a while. I checked out their website this weekend and as the OP mentioned the same watch is now £48k! Admittedly the cases are now gold but a £31k markup? Could anyone justify £48k for one?
