Yesterday and today I've been wearing my late father's 9ct gold Omega De Ville "Seamaster" watch. He was always very proud of the watch, which he received as a presentation in 1969. Sadly, he passed away in November 2020 aged 94. Yesterday would have been his birthday.

    Have a good weekend everybody.

    HAGW everyone!
On the wrist for the weekend, my Accutron Astronaut.
My son had this commandeered for the last 8 months or so.
36mm or so watches and vintage are surprisingly popular amongst him and his mates.

    Misaligned bezel alert

And apropos of nothing, here's a pic of some oil I splashed in the wok that created wok oil man:

    Have a great weekend TZ

Thanks; the picture doesn't do it justice how beautiful the textured dial is. I got lucky with this one, almost NOS condition, the case is super sharp, which highlights its unique shape even more.
As regards to your user name, I believe there was a Sinn version of this watch :)

First up: best of luck to Tony, hope all is well.

I thought I'd go for something slightly different than a wrist shot today - testing to check the newest arrival will stand up to what life will throw at it. HAGWE!

Had left this in with a local jeweler for the last few weeks to try and sell, but gave up and picked it up again today. Nice to see it again!

With all the talk of the new Sinns being released and the U50 Hydro, I thought I would show you how a hydro diver should be done (even though it doesn't have a divers bezel). EZM2 GSG9, viewable from any angle, thin, 40mm. Perfectly proportioned.
And finally, my elder son is with me today wearing his Xmas gift, a rose gold Seiko Presage, which suits him very well

I got this a few weeks ago but wasn't keen on the 16mm lug width/strap so it went back in the box until a new strap arrived for it yesterday.
(pic from yesterday evening simply because it's better than the one I took earlier today)

Still wearing this (Seiko SLA043) and loving it more than I have for a little while. Cropped to get some dial detail and colour.

So tempted by one of these but trying to refrain from the endless cycle of flipping

If they do the new orange in the quartz then I may fold

I was thinking the same earlier. No date orange would be lovely.

You should definitely try one. Quality is unreal for what you pay.

Having sold a 16710 Pepsi several years ago on here, I regretted it and have purchased another. Worn today and likely to be the daily until the end of my days. Poor picture just taken.

Thank you. Unfortunately not a current model, it is a Squale Amsterdam Watch Co collaboration from 2020. 180 NOS Blancpain/Rayville Bathyscaphe MC4 cases and bezels with inserts were discovered and used to create 60 of these Subino's and 60 No Rabino's. I think there is another member with one of these. The final 60 cases don't seem to have been used yet.

A pic of a NOS case from AWCo's website before Squale added the movements, dials, hands etc.:
