There's something liberating about being reminded when time is 'on the hour'

I often hear it 'ding' throughout the night....I'm a light sleeper.

I press the button on my 'Teasmade' at 06.30 & when it dings at 07.00 I'll make a move from my semi-comatose state & pour the tea...I like my Yorkshire tea strong!

Up until that point it's more than I can do to rotate my watch to see how the time is going.

I like it because it's a new concept on the concept of timekeeping. A bit like those watches which only have an hour hand.

    Fourthed, if that's a thing.

There's a whole and painful saga to getting it, but CW very much came through at the eleventh hour and fifty-ninth minute.
