Audemars Piguet Royal Oak for sale on UKGS Forum

Some of us on here are members also of the UKGSER

This watch is being sold on that forum by a member from here. I even think there’s a WTB for one on here.

    Didn’t know that. Thank you.

Seems odd it’s not on here at the outset.

Here’s the ad in case anyone’s interested.

“This was meant to be the pinnacle of my watch collection but since buying it I’ve worn it a handful of times and mostly indoors on the sofa. Feels more like high end jewellery rather than a watch and I’m always petrified of scratching it. I’ll be shocked if it goes here but giving it a chance before giving it to a dealer in the new year.

    Brand: Audemars Piguet
    Watch: Royal Oak 41mm
    Version: 15510ST.OO.1320ST.06
    Dial: Blue dial (boutique only)
    Age: June 2023
    Warranty: International sales warranty
    Valid until June, 2028
    Price: £35,000

The dealer I’m going to consign it with has given a very specific range after fees of: £34,352-£36,838 so I think £35k is equitable for myself and any buyer.

Link to the exact version: https://www.audemarspiguet.com/com/e...1320ST.06.html

I’ll paste some pictures below but I’ve just uploaded a video to YouTube so you can see the condition but it is a full set and from what I can see spotless but I’m happy to take more pics/vids for anyone seriously interested.

    Any questions let me know.”

That’s a bit presumptuous. You need to reign your neck in.

Not sure it is odd avoiding a listing on here...in fact, it may be the sane decision judging by the vitriol polluting recent sales posts.
A stunning watch with a value massively in excess of the RRP...bound to get a few people posting unnecessary rubbish.
Maybe this speaks volumes about the sales corner if a well-established member is choosing to bypass it in this instance.

They'd surely be this unecassary fluffing.

Equally from memory only the basic level of membership allows all members to view the Sales & Wanted section, but as a subsciber (£15 pa?) you can post and reply there.
