Early-mid 70s Omega Geneve with 1012 movement, bought as a fixer upper several years ago. After refinishing, servicing the movement, fitting a new crystal and re-painting the hands I decided it was too nice to sell so it joined the collection. The 1010/1012/1022 range of movements are under-rated IMO, the purists prefer the earlier 550/560s but the later movements are generally better performers. movement number is denoted on a small label attached to the train wheel bridge, it can be lost or fall off, that's what's happened here so I can`t estimate the year of manufacture.

My favorite of the bunch too, but i wonder if it would look better if the hands were a different colour to make it more legible.
To me, they kind of get lost in the rest of the other metal work. Anyone with the requisite photoshop skills to knock this up ?
