I struck a bit lucky on eBay the other day. A brand new, unused micro-adjust push-button clasp for the 3861 appeared, so I popped a bid on it and won.
Mounted it today. It makes all the difference having that slight (5mm) adjustment for my wrist's variance in temperature.
I will say though that the bracelet on the 3861 is massively fiddly to adjust. The screws are so tiny, smaller than I've ever encountered on a bracelet. It's beautifully made though, as is the clasp.
If you have a 3861 without the micro-adjust, it's definitely worth sourcing one.
Will this fit the Forstner or Uncle Seiko bracelets?
Looks like a top bit of kit
No idea to be honest. The aperture is 5mm so if the link join width is 5mm then it's a good start. The 3861 bracelet has 15mm links. The link type is a pin which is locked in be a screw each side.

Uncle Seiko actually offer the same clasp option for their 1479 bracelet.

Oooh, that's a lovely bracelet. Does anyone own this and the original? Be nice to know how they compare.
I find the 3861 bracelet to be one of the very best I've ever seen on a watch. Like silk. Mind you, I haven't found an original bracelet for my IWC Mk XVI yet. I've heard they are astonishingly good.
