I would definitely keep that as is, looks superb.
Been away for some time but getting back into the world of horology once again.
Have a 353601 in for an IWC service, they have offered FREE replacement superluminova dial and hands to replace the original tritium.
Stuck. Can’t decide. Keep original or switch and have some lume….

Realistically, do you really benefit from having lume that works? I would stick with what it has.
I’d keep original personally

Definitely keep it original - the tritium just adds to the character
I am wearing mine right now and agree with the others, leave it as is. These dials and hands age beautifully and add a soft character.
I am stumped as to why IWC would offer you free replacements on a 20+ year-old watch.
I'd keep it original. Character.
My XII was robbed of a bit of character when the dial was replaced, but the triangle at 12 was broken.
100% appreciate the consensus. Originality will be maintained. I knew that deep down but needed a sanity check!
Thanks!
This is a grail watch sourced needing a service and the stretched bracelet being repaired. For awareness, IWC have quoted £730 for the work which i don’t think is too bad. £310 for a new sapphire crystal.
