I've been getting that with several different numbers recently, both incoming and outgoing :-(
Tried to track a RMSD yesterday and got an error message, tried again today with a different number that I know has been delivered and got no joy. Is it me or is their system not working? I've even 'joined' a registered with them and I`m still getting nowhere.
Item should've been delivered Saturday or this morning at the latest, I like to check these things!

Happened with me also. Just keep clicking on it and it will work after 4 or 5 goes.
The website is all over the place but The iPhone app Is working fine

My Mrs tried RM tracking on her phone today and got an error message but worked it OK on my PC.
Just checked again on my PC and it now seems to be working, watch I posted on Friday was delivered today.
Paul they never guarantee Saturday delivery so receiving on Monday is within their remit
Sent urgent package yesterday 30 November via RMSD from Post Office; Royal Mail Tracking shows received by PO and sender preparing item ... but nothing thereafter. Very frustrating not knowing if item has in fact been shipped and delivered by guaranteed 1pm. I've eMailed the consignee to enquire if received but have to wait 24 hours for a reply.
EDIT: Consignee just replied 15.50 hrs advising package not received

It seems like the managment is deliberatley driving the service into the ground.
A lot of places dont even get a daily postman nowadays,which is kept quiet.
If you try the help line the wait time is stressful and very,very long.
I have managed to get the postage back for the watch I sent last week but you get nothing else but that.
If it had been for myself I would have given up the money isnt equal to the stress caused.
Just waiting for the buyer to contact me so I can send him the refund.

A majority of us Postman do our best but with the cuts and negligence by management at Royal Mail it will never be a great service. Sorry .
