Quidco is great when it works. The downside is waiting for what could be months to see that you get your cashback.

Over the years I have had approaching £2k for paying for things I was already going to buy anyway. Hotels when I was working away, stuff from Screwfix, eBay etc, switching broadband or buying insurance. Mostly all good.

Occasionally I’d get a claim refused as it was apparently not compliant with the T&C’s. One I recall where I screenshot every step so you could see the trail. Still rejected.

I’ve a sneaking suspicion that this could be the same. For sure if you were intent on buying a Tissot, Hamilton or Seiko (for example) and you were going to do it online; go for it. If you get the cashback - fantastic. If you don’t - you’ve not lost anything as you were happy with the online price anyway.
