    FYI Carpal tunnel/Arthritis wrist/hand support

I was sent one of these when they first started making them (to give feed back).

They are comfortable and do make a difference, I find I can wear one under some of my larger gloves as well.

Amazon have them at a good price delivered just now,I ordered a new one some weeks back.

I have a neoprene/velcro option with a little aluminium stiffener slotted inside it that I wear at night.

It runs from the last third of the forearm under the wrist and into your palm to stop the natural inclination of the wrist to flop over in bed and create a compression on the median nerve.

I must say, it works bloody wonders.

Which watch to wear with it though? Something with a diver's extension perhaps?

I have the NHS equivalent they are very good at night time, these allow more movement during the day with less support.

It is and certainly gives light support and helps with the dull ache I sometimes get.
At the price you cant go wrong.

Only required if you wear the brace/support on your left wrist?
