    Oysterquartz bracelet

    Hello
Long time without a proper post on here (life gets in the way sometimes..)
Does anyone know if during the production run of the 17000 all steel version, they changed the mechanism for joining the links ? I've heard mention of pins initially but later screws being used.
I wondered if this is correct or if they always used pins?
    Cheers

My service replacement 17000B bracelet is pins and collars. It’s from a Rolex service August 2022.

Hmm that's interesting thanks for that, I wonder if the service replacements are perhaps older stock (hence pins) & those actually fitted to watches from new went over to screws later on in production?

Thanks for that, it ties in with what I was thinking that the pins are earlier.

On the Rolex My World Service portal there was a bracelet ref 20-17000B-24 which had pins and sleeves. There is then a bracelet with screws with the ref 20-17000-24. The portal doesn't supply a date of when these were used. The good news is that pins, sleeves or screws are still available as spares.

That's interesting to know, thank you for that.
