Garmin vivosmart or Fitbit charge. Will both do the job if it's just for fitness tracking

I had Fitbit - but they removed features & made them subscription only.

I’ve had Garmin(s) ever since & much prefer the Garmin app & customer experience.

Garmin Forerunner 45, less than £100 currently on Amazon but I think I’ve seen it cheaper. I have one and it will suit your needs perfectly.

Edit, that’s the renewed price but still affordable elsewhere

I own a Garmin Tactical. It has all the bells and whistles, inc GPS.

This ^^^^^^^^^all day long. Mine was £105 in September of last year on a Prime day. Probably wear it 6/7 days a week. It has obseleted my posh watches. Tracks walks / bike rides/ resting heart rate and has lots of features Ive not even touched.

Have a look at the Amazfit offerings. Great value and battery life is superb.

Another vote for the Forerunner 45. I bought mine as reconditioned from Garmin for @ £90. Came as new.
