    It doesn't surprise me in the least, having avidly watched his videos re how he makes his watches. His relationship with George Daniels is the stuff of legend, as of course is Daniels' own story. Take a look here .

    I attended his lecture two years ago where he explained how his mechanism requires less frequent servicing. So at least you will save in the long run.. :)

    It was completed a couple of decades before that tech was available, unfortunately…
