    Father and son Friday watches.

I was going to sell the Zelos a while ago but my 11 year old decided to buy it off me and it’s the pride and joy of his little collection. Start em’ young HAGWE.

I could never get my lad interested, his 'collection' I gave him over the years - Seikos, various Russian stuff when that was cool (took him to St Petersburg on a day trip from Helsinki once), couple of vintage bits, G-shock - sits in the drawer. Maybe I should have made him buy it off me?

Funnily enough I got daughter a 33mm Nomos Tangente handwound for her graduation and it's never off her wrist, she loves it.

Mine loves watches. He stores them on top of his bedroom drawer in their boxes and is actually very careful with them. It’s a small little collection. His two main ones are a Certina Chronograph that I gave him when it didn’t sell on SC and the Zelos. I got the Zelos for a bargain on SC and then he bought it off me at ‘mates rates’ It was just a small amount but hopefully teaching him some sort of lesson in value, and it was better spent on a watch than some disposable toy etc.

My first Swiss watch. The most comfortable I own. 9mm thick; 37mm diameter; grab and go and fits under any cuff. Nice and accurate too. Sometimes a 90's quartz sports watch just hits the spot. Have a good weekend to all.

I am late posting this, as it seemed TZ was offline at the time...

A recent pick up that is definitely a beauty and will be getting plenty of wrist time

I actually prefer these Tags to the more modern equivalents. I have a Multigraph that I rarely wear but can’t bring myself to part with it.
