    Sled Driver: Brian Shul

I’m not usually one for posting some stuff, but I read the other day that Brian Shul had passed away.

    An x Sr-71 pilot.

He was an interesting chap - always enjoyed listening to some of his stories, including this one:

It’s probably been shared on here a few times over the years, but I though worth a reminder…

Same story, but with Brian recounting it on video:

And my favourite presentation from him:

I've watched his LA Speed Story a good few times. R.I.P. Brian.

RIP Brian Shul. The full-length video linked above is a great watch; he's a gifted speaker with an incredible story. Now, where's my copy of Sled Driver?

Strangely, I had the urge to read the LA speed story on Saturday whilst out on a walk. A great story teller. RIP
