    Smoseco meaning ?

    Dumb question possibly. I've recently come across 'Smoseco' included in watch descriptions.

    Anybody know what it means ?

    It would appear so, certainly all the watches I've seen thus described have a "small' sub-dial showing the seconds.

    Usually found on sales listings in Japan - particularly yahoo auctions. Also spotted - Ida brew sea for IWC :-)

    (Helps if you read them out aloud ..)
